For most patients, the first appointment with us is an initial consultation with treatment. This 90-minute appointment with one of our acupuncture physicians allows us to establish our partnership in your journey to wellness -- whatever that looks like to you as an individual.

What to expect

The Consult

Your journey with us begins with an initial consultation. Your physician will take time to listen and learn about you, discuss your health history, your current chief complaint, and your goals and expectations.

You'll notice that our physicians are not rushed and they will be attentive to you as they listen carefully and ask questions to understand your unique situation.

The Treatment

Your first treatment (and all subsequent ones) will be based on your individual needs. We create a customized treatment for you, using a range of Chinese medicinal therapies. Acupuncture and other modalities including moxa, gua sha, cupping and massage may be used. Herbs may also be paired with acupuncture to enhance your treatment and results.

The Way Forward

Our philosophy is to help you in a way that facilitates your own body's natural healing processes. As such, everyone is unique in this way and so are our treatment plans.

Depending on your individual needs, we may recommend either a package or a membership option.

Our goal is to be here when and if you need us to maintain movement and wellbeing.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

At Precision Integrative Medicine, we are committed to providing the highest level of care to each patient. Our schedule is carefully planned to allow dedicated time for every individual. Last-minute cancellations and rescheduling reduce access to care for other patients who may need it.

To better serve our community and protect the time of our providers, we have updated our policy as follows:

Any cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% fee or $50, whichever is greater.
Changes within 24 hours, or no-shows, will be charged the full appointment fee or $50, whichever is greater.

Last-minute schedule gaps mean that time is no longer available to other patients who may need care. This new policy helps us stay committed to delivering timely, high-quality care to our community.
