Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Relieves swelling that happens when medical treatment or illness blocks your lymphatic system. It involves gently manipulating specific areas of your body to help promote lymphatic flow. It has many benefits including post-exercise recovery, reducing stress & fatigue, and helping with digestion and immune systems.

Tui Na and Gua Sha

Gua Sha is also known as scraping, spooning or Graston technique and is most commonly used for treating pain. It promotes microcirculation, lymph flow, removal of toxins, and stimulates the immune system.

Tui Na is deep tissue bodywork and an excellent alternative to Swedish massage. The focus is on pain sites, acupressure points, muscles, joints, and meridians. It works in accordance with TCM and as such supports broader health goals than those attained by a typical massage.
